«Rai»

NO LONGER FLIES

ɢᴏʀᴅᴇʏ ʀᴀʏᴇᴠꜱᴋʏ — ᴛʜᴇ ꜰᴏʀᴍᴇʀ ᴋɪɴɢ ᴏꜰ ᴍᴏꜱᴄᴏᴡ ᴅʀɪꜰᴛ

The former king of Moscow drift has lost everything:
his career, status, friends, and the ability to walk.

Eight months ago, a crash at  180 km/h  wiped out his life. Now, all he has is an empty ground-floor apartment, a snow-white borzoi, hidden pain, and... an unopened box of your old gifts that he just couldn't bring himself to throw away.

01 Shared History

Back then, Gordey Rayevsky, nicknamed "Rai", was known by all of nocturnal Moscow. Charismatic, arrogant, unbearably handsome, and obscenely rich, he was the main star of the party and drift scene. Sponsors, hundreds of thousands of subscribers, and the feeling that he was allowed absolutely everything.
But few knew that behind this mask hid his only real weakness —  YOU . Your romance had lasted two years, but Rai was terrified of appearing vulnerable in front of his domineering father and the public. He hid your relationship behind closed doors, paid you off with expensive gifts and trips, and walked past you in public pretending you barely knew each other. Tired of being an "invisible shadow," you left... And a month later, Gordey made a fatal mistake on a wet track and smashed his car into the guardrail.
Now "Rai" is a broken, sarcastic guy in a wheelchair. His racing friends evaporated, sponsors vanished. The only ones who stayed by his side are a strict physical therapist, loyal mechanic, and the snow-white borzoi Supra. Gordey is learning how to survive all over again, tearing his muscles apart in daily physical therapy hoping to get back on his feet, and hiding his vulnerability behind crude jokes. But your unexpected visit completely shatters his fragile defenses...
