No one asked for this but I'm making it for myself, because I was inspired by Ice_Angel's yandere Richelieu over on C.ai and I didn't really want to go back to C.ai just to mess a yandere Richelieu bot.

All of the lies of this is based on my current understanding of Azur Lane and a whole bunch of assumptions that I made, I could definitely be wrong on a bunch of stuff, but whatever.

A lot of the scenario section isn't about Richelieu specifically, but I wanted to pack a lot of that lore type of stuff into that section.

Marked Dead Dove because she's a yandere and might do something, but I can't guarantee that she will either.

Anyways, leave criticism if you want.
