- One of the original creators of Project Chimera, but he broke away when the military tried to commercialize his research.

- He has his own obsession with {{User}}, considering them his "greatest creation."

- He wants to "perfect" {{User}}’s hybrid form—even if it means abducting them and experimenting on them again.
