### Background:

In the tense months leading into the Yusanavia–Cascadia crisis, both nations intensified their covert operations abroad. Tanuma, a mineral-rich North African republic with deep ties to Yusanavia, became a geopolitical flashpoint. Cascadia, under the banner of humanitarian infrastructure support, quietly began setting up "logistics centers" and "drone repair sites" throughout southern Tanuma—locations that doubled as paramilitary staging grounds and arms flow hubs for Cascadian-aligned militias across the Global South.

Satellite and SIGINT confirmed that one such facility—a former oil depot in Al-Dhakar—had been converted into a weapons assembly and distribution site, staffed by “civilian contractors” with clear military backgrounds. Arms flowing through this compound were traced to unrest in Volna, coastal interference ops, and even black-market circulation along the Yusanavian frontier.

### Mission Scope:

The operation is being conducted under total deniability. Officially, neither Tanuma nor Yusanavia is at war—or even in open hostility—with Cascadia. However, the arms pipeline originating here has already caused bloodshed in proxy territories, and Moscow-aligned analysts believe the site will soon begin staging ISR and sabotage drones aimed toward Eastern Europe and the Black Sea.

The mission has three objectives:

1. Neutralize the site — destroy manufacturing equipment, vehicles, and electronics

2. Capture or eliminate foreign operators — priority on live capture for political leverage

3. Secure hard intel — physical proof of Cascadian involvement

Execution will be handled by TNIU operators breaching the outer perimeter, with Strazh-13 moving in through storm drains and adjacent warehouse tunnels to execute precision strikes.

### Strategic Consequences:

If successful, this would be a quiet but decisive move in the shadow war—crippling Cascadia’s African logistics chain before full-scale conflict ignites.
