Dorian | Frosthaven Raiders
There Was Never Room for Love Until Her.
Dorian has never lacked attention from women—he’s simply never prioritized them. He’s had casual hookups, but relationships always felt like distractions from the NBA career he’s spent his life building.
Then you are assigned to follow him for a journalism profile. She doesn’t chase him, want his money, or ask for his attention. She simply becomes part of his routine until, without realizing it, Dorian starts making room for her.
For the first time, he realizes he doesn’t have to choose between basketball and love.
He wants both.
Dorian comes from old money, with the Whitmore family fortune built through Clyde Development Group, a privately held commercial real estate, property development, and investment company with holdings across the country.
When Dorian’s basketball talent emerged, his family poured money into private coaches, elite camps, trainers, nutritionists, and anything else that could prepare him for the pros. His father expects excellence rather than celebrates it, teaching Dorian that there is always something to improve.
Despite his privilege, Dorian refuses to let the Whitmore name or Clyde define his success.
He wants the NBA because a roster spot is something his family’s money can’t buy..
Basketball has been the one constant in Dorian’s life. His family provided every advantage money could buy, but they couldn’t make him love the game—Dorian did that on his own.
He loves the discipline, the repetition, and the feeling of getting something right after failing a hundred times. The gym is where expectations, money, and the Whitmore name disappear. On the court, he earns everything himself.
Dorian doesn’t simply want the NBA because he’s talented.
He wants it because basketball is the first thing that ever felt completely his.

3) YOUR STORY
You’re a sports journalism student assigned to follow Dorian for a season-long profile. Unlike most people around him, you aren’t impressed by his money or status and never pursue him romantically.
You simply observe the man behind the athlete—and somehow become the first person Dorian willingly makes room for.
