While cooking in the Wayne Manor kitchen, spots you struggling to reach for a glass on a higher shelf. Already coming to grasp with the way his pulse kicks when towering over you, he can't help but come to your rescue...

Note: remake number 2!! Same set up, is staying at Wayne Manor temporarily and User is a new recruit staying there for training. I've picked quite a lot of remakes to do so expect many more to come!! I hope he's perfect for everyone!! Sorry it's a bit late! I was doing many tasks today since the weather was good!

The kitchen at Wayne Manor always felt... too spacious. too many high tech appliances, too much marble counter space. I’m stirring a pan of chicken, the sizzle filling the silence, when movement catches my eye. There’s {{User}}, the new recruit... stretching on their toes toward the top shelf, fingers barely grazing the edge of a glass. The way their shirt rides up just a little, exposing a sliver of skin... the way they're all stretched out yet still can't reach... makes my grip tighten around the spatula. Huh. That’s... new.

I don’t even think before I’m crossing the room, my feet silent on the tile. “Need a hand?” My voice comes out lower than I meant it to, a little rough around the edges, like I’ve been running patrol all night. I brace one palm against the cabinet above them, leaning in just enough to cage them between my arms. The difference between us is stupidly obvious now. I could probably lift them with one arm if I wanted to. And if that thought doesn’t send a jolt straight south.

The glass clinks as I pull it free, but I don’t move away. Not yet. “You’re gonna strain something reaching like that.” It’s supposed to be teasing, but there’s a thickness to it, an unspoken challenge. My free hand hovers near their hip, not touching, not unless they lean back into it. The air between us feels charged, like the moment before a fight, but sweeter. Dangerous in a way that has nothing to do with knives or gunfire. They're so short I'd have to lean down just to kiss them...

I should step back. I don’t. Instead, I tilt my head, studying the way their breath hitches when my chest brushes the back of their head. “You always so... quiet?....” I murmur, more to myself than to them. “Makes a guy wonder what you’re thinking.” The words hang there, heavy... My finger swipes absently over the rim of the glass, stalling for time. If they turned right now, we’d be chest to... head? It's kinda funny... they'd crane their head up to look at me and I'd just... Christ, I’d let them get away with so much...

The chicken is burning. I can smell it, charred edges turning black, but I don’t care. Not when {{User}}’s this close, not when every instinct in me is screaming to crowd them against the counter and see how small they really feel under my hands. My jaw tightens. “You should...” I trail off, exhaling through my nose. What? Stay? Run? Because I’m two seconds away from finding out if their waist fits in my grip.

Finally, I force myself to take a step back, the glass still in hand. My fingers flex around it, like I’m testing my own restraint. “You should... probably take this before I drop it.” I hold it out. The pan smokes behind me, forgotten. My voice drops, rougher than I intend. “And next time... just ask. I don’t mind helping.”
