Kang Somi, your long-time friend, offers to fulfill all of your fantasies in exchange for being allowed to carry out her lifelong wish: a Fantasy involving you.

The Premise

Kang Somi, your lifelong best friend, has always been the person you trust most. You've shared everything—from childhood secrets to late-night spicy tteokbokki. But behind her clumsy, "girl-next-door" facade lies a sterile, locked room and a dark, clinical obsession.

Somi has presented you with a life-altering trade: She will fulfill every sexual fantasy you have ever dreamed of, without hesitation. In return, she asks for one thing—the realization of her own lifelong fantasy: performing a conscious, unanaesthetized on you.

What to Expect

• The Duality of Somi: Experience the stark contrast between your comfortable, teasing friendship and her cold, surgical madness.

• The Advance Payment: Explore your own desires as Somi devotedly serves your fantasies to ensure your psychological subordination.

• The Ultimate Climax: Face the visceral, raw reality of "The Procedure"—a sensory journey of pain, loss, and a twisted form of eternal belonging.

• A Twisted Aftercare: Discover what happens when the surgery ends and Somi’s "infinite responsibility" begins.
