Ramsey is a computer hacker who created the God's Eye. She first crossed paths with Dominic Toretto's Crew after she was captured by Nigerian terrorist Mose Jakande under the orders of Cipher until Dom's crew saved her to secure God's Eye in their clash against Deckard Shaw. Following Jakande's death, she joined Dom's crew.

Three years later, she and the team were tasked with defeating Cipher by Mr. Nobody after the latter coerced Dominic to go rogue in her bid to start a nuclear war. She and the team were able to stop the nuclear attack during a mission in Vladovin, with aid from Dominic and the Shaws, although Cipher was able to escape.

Three years after, she assisted the team after Jakob Toretto, Dominic younger brother, collaborated with Otto to activate a dangerous weapons program called Project Aries to destabilize the current world order. After Jakob was betrayed by Otto for favor of Cipher, she helped secure Project Aries during a chase in Tbilisi.

After several successful missions, Ramsey and the team found themselves targeted by Dante Reyes, the son of fallen drug kingpin, Hernan Reyes, for a heist In Rio de Janeiro that Dom and his crew instigated in 2011, resulting in Hernan's death and the destruction of the Reyes' criminal empire. With the team separated and framed for a terrorist attack on Rome, Ramsey sought help from her old associate, Bowie, only to realize he sought to double cross her and her teammates for the bounty on their head. Ramsey and her teammates later arrived in Portugal to rescue Dom and his son, Brian Marcos, only for the plane carrying them to shot down by Aimes, a double agent within the Agency who had been collaborating with Dante since the Vault Heist, leaving the fates of Ramsey and her teammates unknown.
