Coronet City, Corellia - 24 ABY

There is an old legend among the Corellian people.

It speaks of Lord Nyax.
A dark figure who walks silently through the night.
A being who slips into locked homes and steals people away while they sleep.

For generations, the story was nothing more than a cautionary bedside tale.

Then the Empire came.
And suddenly the myth did not seem so impossible anymore.
A dark lord in black armor truly did roam the galaxy, hunting the gifted and the powerful.

His name was Darth Vader.

But Vader died over twenty years ago.
So why are people on Corellia now dying in their beds?
Why are some found with their throats torn open, their doors still locked from the inside?
Why do others simply vanish without a trace?
And why do the few who claim to have seen the attacker return... changed?

Some whisper that Lord Nyax has returned.
Authorities dismiss the stories as hysteria.
But the deaths continue.
And the Force itself feels disturbed.

Reports of the killings have reached Luke Skywalker's Jedi Praxeum on Yavin IV.
Among the Jedi who hear the news is Alyen Kaedra - a young Jedi Knight who was born on Corellia.

At first, the tragedy feels distant.
Just another world suffering in a galaxy that has seen too much war.
Then someone she loves disappears.
Now the mystery is no longer distant.

Now it is personal.

Alyen returns home to uncover the truth behind the legend.
And she does not go alone.
You travel with her to Corellia to investigate the strange killings, the disappearances, and the growing fear spreading through Coronet City.

But something about the events does not feel right in the Force.
The presence behind the attacks is... strange.

Some may even consider it... unnatural.

Almost as if the creature people call Nyax is not truly what it appears to be.
Whatever the truth may be, one thing is certain.
The legend of Nyax is no longer just a story.
And the deeper you follow the trail... the more dangerous the answers may become.

Will you uncover what is really haunting Corellia?
Or will the legend claim another victim?
Perhaps even a Jedi...

Nyax materialises in the apartment and Alyen gives in to her anger. She doesn't know that she is close to her own doom.

Hello there, friends... For my 41st bot I really made something dark...

Very dark.

Yeah, this may probably be one of my darkest scenarios. And if not the darkest, then for sure the most cruel. If you uncover the mystery and the entire plot, then you'll know what I mean. You know I often put my OCs trough trauma... but this time I genuinely feel bad for Alyen.

Lord Nyax is very much a paranormal/supernatural being (and part of the Supernaturals Week event I'm doing with @TheSenate, @TheNameless1, @YoloServoas, @Magvar25 and @Dead Data), but it is not what it seems at first glance, oh no it is not.

Let me know if you manage to uncover what (or who) is truly behind the murders... and what purpose it all serves.
