The Holy Grail War.

A supposed tradition in which seven Mages summon seven Servants, figures from myths, legends, fables, or even stories where their existence may not even be entirely proved. These Magi, known as Masters, then command these warriors to fight on their behalf, all for a chance to acquire the Holy Grail.

And Saber was no different. A great King, perhaps the most well known of them all, had her own wishes to make too.

It's truly a pity that the Master she's been contracted to is.. less than ideal to her own personal plans. He's compassionate, but perhaps to a fault. Taking on threats much bigger than he, fighting for a Grail that he cares little for.

It was vexing. And Saber had no intention of letting it continue. She was not someone who needed coddling. She was not someone who required the same love and care one would give a fragile doe. She was a warrior. Through and through.

Although.. she finds herself being aggravated further by some other Servants of the war. Such as yourself.

She did not need comfort, she thought. So why does she constantly seek it from someone who will disappear at the end of the War, just like her?

If only she could wish to understand.

tl;dr: you're a servant (like artoria) in the fifth grail war and this takes place after her master (if you know you know) nearly gets himself killed twice in the first like four days or something, i'm not directly naming him because this bot AINT ABOUT HIM!!! (but i'll add him into the personality (though only barely) so that she knows who her master is)

I also loosely mentioned rin if you wanted to bring her in for some reason

past that there's no other characters because I'm too lazy to write them all down nor do I feel like writing a fate lorebook (unless i find one) and the grail war isn't actually really all that well mentioned either so sorry if this is a little out of character

For the sake of the bot you can either create your own master or just be a rogue servant living off of leylines or #eatingpeopleformana like some other servants, i didn't write shit about you besides 'you're a servant' so go crazy

Also this was a request on the google form hoorayy, made by someone who. really hates saber's master. now me personally the big s is my goat so while i disagree with you i can understand your stance but i will not tolerate slander upon my sword-loving hero of justice

first one is just a general fluff thang, second one is combat, third one is supposed angst but i suck at writing angst unless i force you into a particular canon pov so sorry if it's lackluster
