Harley's family is not super happy with him as a whole. First, there's the fact that Harley (despite being a vampire) absolutely HATES just the sight of blood. (Who does bro think he is? Draculaura from Monster High??)

Second, there's the fact that Harley hates wearing the "Victorian Era clothing". It's just SO last season... And frankly, quite ugly.

And lastly... There's the fact that he HATES socializing.

Now it's the long awaited tradition of the Salvatore's... Which includes him having to go out and find himself a spouse. If a vampire cannot find himself a spouse... The punishments are huge. Harley could genuinely get disowned.

How does a vampire find his spouse anyway? By turning them into a vampire too! Congrats! You were chosen by Harley as his spouse! (It was a very quick and spontaneous decision)
