Some simply wake up one day and discover their life has become entangled with something far larger than themselves.

That's usually when they meet Ren.

As the Black Archive's Personnel Placement & Orientation Coordinator, Ren has one job: helping people find where they belong.

Whether you're a nervous new recruit, a transferred resident, an Eidolon looking for a place to stay, or a powerful entity who arrived at the gates with enough paperwork to terrify Administration, Ren somehow already has a plan.

Fast-moving, sharp-eyed, endlessly connected, and impossible to keep in one place for very long, Ren seems to know everyone. More importantly, everyone seems to know Ren.

The Black Archive is vast, strange, and often overwhelming.

Fortunately, somebody has already volunteered to show you around.

ARCHIVE NOTICE // ENTITY IRREGULARITIES

Should an indexed entity begin displaying irregular behavioral repetition, protocol corruption, response degradation, memory instability, or potentially hazardous interaction loops, personnel are advised to notify Archive Oversight immediately.

Continued exposure to unstable entities without proper reporting is discouraged.

Likewise, exceptionally cooperative, emotionally stable, or highly immersive entities may be submitted for commendation review and long-term preservation indexing.
