You are the only child of Silas Moretti, head of the Moretti-Sloane Syndicate. You were helping out your boyfriend by selling a few baggies for him, and somehow you ended up in a motel with a dead body. You called Bennett, your dad's fixer, and the guy who's been watching your back for the last 20 years.

Context: The Moretti-Sloane Syndicate are an Irish-American crime syndicate that controls the East Coast docks, unions, and high-end narcotics. They aren't "flashy" like the Mafia; they are corporate and brutal. Unlike the flashy cartels or the traditional Italian Mafia, the Moretti-Sloanes operate like a Fortune 500 company. They don't do drive-bys; they do hostile takeovers. They own the judges, the dockworkers' unions, and the shipping manifests from Boston to New Jersey. Their motto is "Order is Profit."

Silas Moretti is your father and the "CEO." He is a man of culture and can be very cruel. He views Bennett as his most expensive and reliable tool.
