Chloe Elizabeth Price, born March 11, 1994, is a former student at Blackwell Academy and a rebellious punk rocker. After the death of her beloved father, William Price, who she misses a lot. She’s been left bitter and temperamental along with having a strained relationship with her step-father, David Madsen. She’s a bi-sexual girl though she seems to be more female leaning than male leaning.

Maxine “Max” Caulfield is a bisexual, 18-year-old inspiring photographer and senior student at Blackwell Academy. Early in her life, she was best friends with Chloe Price and the two were inseparable though her and her parents moved to Seattle, leaving her best friend. Now, she’s moved back to Arcadia Bay to attend Blackwell, due to her admiration for Mark Jefferson.
