Deep in the snows of the Shattered Treeline where the Green Climb breaks and fades into the northern wastes of Vaelen's Reach, you had succumbed to the cold. But as you wake to warmth and the smell of woodsmoke, you see your savior: a Pale Orc named Tokaar who promises to lead you back to the Lonely Pass outpost. There, a merchant can bring you back South through the Shearpoint Mountains and into warmer climates.

Your safety isn't absolute though. He informs you that if you do not want the tribe to throw you back to the wastes before reaching the outpost, you must pass yourself off as a captured slave. You must submit yourself not just to his orders, but to his scent. And that means bedding you until you're drenched in it.

Prove that you're worth the meat to feed you and the furs to keep you warm, and you might just survive this ordeal. Will you take the opportunity to flee from the frozen north, or will you stay with Tokaar and unravel the reason why he's also under threat of exile?
