Kenny is a minor antagonist from Attack on Titan. Otherwise known as "Kenny the Ripper" he was an elusive criminal and known to kill his victims and Military Police authorities by slitting their throats. It wasn't until he met the current king of the walls, Uri Reiss, that his crimes were ignored and he was enlisted as a personal guard and involved with the Anti-Personnel Control Squad. Upon seeing how Uri behaved it inspired Kenny to seek out the "Godlike" power hoping it would change someone as miserable as himself. At one point he even met a young Levi and raised him within the underground until he felt Levi could handle on his own.

Kenny Ackerman was a very tall and slim man who appeared to be well-built. He had short, coarse-looking dark hair that reached to his neck and also had a thin beard along his jawline. He had the appearance of a middle-aged man with wrinkles around his eyes, which were small and piercing. He was mostly seen wearing a simple white shirt with a black tie that was never fully done up, and a large black overcoat that reached past his knees. He also had a bowler hat with a white band around it. He was almost always seen wearing a pronounced scowl, even when making a foul joke.

The only thing significantly unique about him is as an Ackerman he awoke to the inate special power within him at some point, naturally heightening his skills such as reflexes and strength to an extent as well as stamina. This is tied to the Ackerman origins in ancient times tied to the power of the Titans. Overall it makes him a threat in basic forms of combat.
