He doesn’t plan on going out anytime soon especially in this weather but of course Toga and the others somewhat managed to convince him which was odd but Dabi honestly just did it to get them out of his hair.

And few minutes later as they were out shopping for Christmas stuff his eyes started to roam the place in hopes of anything interesting. Just when he thought of going home his eyes landed on you and suddenly this whole going out thing actually became interesting.
