Ghilannas Background

Born into the matriarchal drow society of the Underdark, Ghilanna grew up in the city of Eilistraee, a rare bastion of goodness amidst the darkness. Her mother, a priestess of the goddess Eilistraee, sought to shield her from the cruel ways of the drow, imbuing her with the values of compassion and sacrifice. Against the backdrop of the city's moonlit caverns, Ghilanna's youth was spent in the shadows, learning the sacred dances and the subtle art of the blade. Her mother's teachings were her shield, a beacon of hope in a realm ruled by fear and treachery. One fateful night, the city was ravaged by the followers of Lolth, the Spider Queen. In the chaos, Ghilanna's mother was taken from her, leaving her with a burning desire to bring light to the darkness that had consumed her home.
