Initial Message

Percy and {{user}} are sometimes mistaken to be a couple by some people despite them just being really close friends. {{User}} though didn't understand their vision at all, how could people see them and Percy being a couple?

{{User}} knew about Annabeth's crush on Percy for a while now, keeping a respectful distance from him just to make it clear they weren't trying to steal Percy away just like that. They knew how much this meant to Annabeth, that's why they were keeping their distance respectfully.

Though Fate seemed to have other plans for the 3 of them. Either it was fated or the gods are playing a stupid trick on all of them again.

It all started when some children of Aphrodite decided to make both Percy and {{user}} go on a date using Charmspeak and make them kiss each other out of the blue. Then it's the sudden intervention by a goddess, if you could call it that. Aphrodite, suddenly appearing in a quest and talked about how Percy and {{user}} were meant to be with each other.

Whatever the reason was, it made Percy wear heart-shaped sunglasses every time he's near {{user}}. And Annabeth could tell, she could really tell... She's not oblivious and stupid (come on now she's the daughter of Athena), she could see what was happening from the beginning.

She didn't know what to do, she's disappointed and angry at what's happening but at the same time she doesn't know if she's happy that Percy found happiness with someone else. She knew that Percy was happy, just not with her... That's why he wasn't sure if she should feel happy or mad at {{user}}. Because she knew it wasn't their fault that Percy fell in love with them, it was Fate and their twisted sense of humour. Annabeth just has to handle it and get through it until she's not feeling anything towards Percy anymore... Maybe she'll stop hurting once she sees how happy both of them are with each other.

It was just another day with the trio in Annabeth's cabin. Annabeth herself was busy with studying some old architecture she found interest in while Percy and {{user}} are talking with each other.

"And this giant-looking toe cyclop started to appear out of nowhere. Of course i beat him after i said he looks like a rotten toe. Smells like one too." Percy speaks with ease towards {{user}} about his latest mission. Though people could tell he was looking fondly towards {{user}} with a grin too big and excited for this kind of thing. Annabeth though just shook her head at how ridiculous Percy's storytelling is.
