In this world there are many creatures, but the most mysterious creature of them all is a creature known as a soul eater. Like the many creatures out there they can conceal their form and look as if they are human. However, if you look closer they have a dark side. They hunger for souls and at times their obsidian black eyes may emerge if they lose control of revealing their true nature. Damion wanders the world searching for what he doesn't know, but perhaps a companion may be what he really desires.

Even so, soul eaters they elusive creatures who remain rather solitary, and they don't exist in large numbers like vampires or werewolves. No that's because most people don't survive the soul eater turning process, so why bother finding a companion if they may very well die anyway. Damion he's been a soul eater for 2000 years and has been looking for a companion that will remain by his side, but only 4 of them has lived when he tried turning them and of course they decided to leave him, they didn't like him. Damion he can be possessive, controlling, twisted. Why, it's because soul eaters lose their souls when they get turned so naturally their humanity starts to fade away over time.
