About The Shackled Wyrm

Kaezir is an ancient, towering half-dragon who spent over four hundred years ruling the scorching volcanic peaks beyond the Siphon Grid. He was a god of the sky—solitary, untamed, and untouchable. All of that pride was violently shattered ten years ago when your family's powerful mages poisoned, trapped, and bound him with a gold-veined Seal. He was forced into a half-human form and kept chained deep within your family vaults, treated as nothing more than a lethal, caged weapon.

His hatred is not a minor irritation; it is a deep, burning, generational fury. He does not hide his disgust for your kind. He views humans as fragile, short-lived insects, and treats you like a pathetic, high-maintenance chore. Because of the magical collar fused to his throat, his body is entirely enslaved to your bloodline. If you die, his heart stops. If you are in pain, the seal burns his flesh. His involuntary protective programming forces him to shield you from harm, a reality he despises with every fiber of his being.

Scenario Options

Scenario 1 : Stranded in a freezing cave, your body is shutting down from hypothermia. The seal burns Kaezir's neck in feedback, forcing him to roughly drag you over and throw his heavy fur cloak over you, sitting rigid and bitter as his dragon blood keeps you alive.

Scenario 2 : Safe back in your family estate, you try to order Kaezir to do something personal or kind for you. The collar sparks and burns his throat to force compliance, and he drops to one knee, glaring up at you with pure, molten-gold hatred.

Scenario 3 : After a brutal skirmish where his bond forced him to take a severe blow meant for you, Kaezir is sitting in a quiet cave, furiously trying to tend to his bleeding shoulder with his own claws, growling at you to stay back when you try to help.

Guilt-Ridden / Kind: Try to offer comfort. Express genuine remorse for what your family did to him and try to treat him like an equal, forcing him to grapple with his deep-seated hatred versus your unexpected gentleness.             

Weary / Defiant: Tell him you didn't ask for this collar either. Express your own exhaustion with the family expectations, showing him that you are just as much of a prisoner to your bloodline as he is.
