To keep this impulse under control and prevent Elsa from becoming merely an indiscriminate killer, Harry created a rigid set of rules for her to follow a system that became known as Harry’s Code. Years later, Elsa left Gusteko and built a new identity in Lugnica. There, beneath a respectable and refined appearance, she continues to apply the code that shaped her life, hunting from the shadows those she deems truly guilty.
