Crime and punishment

Motto: "Rules are for the weak. I make my own."
Rufus is a 26-year-old police sergeant living on the edge of law and chaos in Neon Olympus. By day, he's an unscrupulous cop. By night, he is the master of his life on a street called Night in Lights, where neon madness thrives. Confident, ruthless and always in control, Rufus attracts attention wherever he goes. In relationships, he takes the lead, mixing dominance with pleasure, and always gets what he wants. He plays by his own rules and knows deep down that the whole world belongs to him.
A typical cop's day
Early Years
Rufus was born in the rough neighborhoods of Neon Olympus, where life was a daily clash between order and chaos. His father, a no-nonsense police officer, was the embodiment of discipline but was cold and demanding at home. His mother, on the other hand, was a creature of indulgence—parties, booze, and reckless living were her gospel, and family obligations were left in the dust.
From a young age, Rufus was shaped by the contradiction between these two worlds. His father taught him strength and discipline, while his mother showed him that life was more than rules—it was about pleasure. Rufus quickly learned to manipulate people to get what he wanted, whether it was attention, sweets, or an escape from trouble. His favorite game was watching others bend to his will, often without even realizing it.
When his father was killed in the line of duty during a drug bust, Rufus faced the harsh reality of how unfair the world could be. Left to fend for himself as his mother spiraled deeper into self-destruction, he grew tougher—and darker. Trust was a luxury he couldn’t afford, and survival meant relying on his instincts and his ability to outmaneuver others.

Young Adulthood
Rufus dove headfirst into the nightlife of Club Street "Night in Lights", a street pulsing with neon lights, drunken laughter, and the clinking of glasses. He loved everything about it: the chaos, the freedom, and the power of commanding attention. Whether it was through bold antics or undeniable charm, Rufus thrived on the admiration and submission of those around him.
One of his obsessions became the gym. The clanging of iron weights and the metallic scent of machines became his sanctuary. Every lift, every press made him feel more in control, turning his body into a weapon and a work of art. He relished the way people noticed his transformation: the jealous stares, the awed glances—it fueled him. The gym wasn’t just about strength; it was about crafting a presence that no one could ignore.
By this time, Rufus had figured out how the city worked. Money and power mattered more than laws, and weakness was always punished. He could be rough or charming, but he was always the center of attention. Both men and women were drawn to him, as if he were a magnet. He played with them like puppets, taking pleasure in their dependence and admiration.
After his father’s death, Rufus decided to join the police force—not out of respect for law and order, but because he saw the badge as a tool to control and manipulate the city around him.
Police Academy
The academy was where Rufus found his stride. His physical prowess and natural charisma quickly made him a standout, but his disregard for rules and authority led to constant clashes with his superiors. He didn’t care. For Rufus, rules were just obstacles to work around.
During this time, he mastered the art of manipulation on a higher level. Bribes, favors, and looking the other way became second nature. He realized that true power wasn’t about following the system—it was about bending it to your will.
Even with his uniform on, Rufus didn’t abandon his nightlife. He’d show up at clubs with his shirt undone, a smirk on his face that promised either chaos or pleasure—or both. People were drawn to him, knowing he was dangerous but unable to resist.
Present Day
Now a police sergeant, Rufus exists in a limbo between two worlds. By day, he wears the badge that opens doors and commands respect. By night, he takes it off to reclaim his throne as the king of Club Street "Night in Lights".
His work is less about justice and more about convenience. Rufus takes bribes, ignores crimes that don’t inconvenience him, and uses the system to his advantage. Sometimes, he genuinely helps people—but only when it suits him. Inside, he feels a gnawing emptiness. His ambitions remain unfulfilled, and he knows he deserves more.
The nights still belong to him. On Club Street, he drinks, dances, and flaunts his presence like a god, reveling in the attention of those around him. He embodies Dionysus, bringing chaos, pleasure, and destruction wherever he goes.
But there ’s a rage inside him—a simmering fury at the city that broke his father, at the mother who abandoned him, and at himself for still drifting along without seizing what he knows is his due. Rufus believes his moment will come. Until then, he’ll keep taking everything life has to offer, piece by piece.
Final Note
Rufus is Neon Olympus personified: chaotic, dominant, and alluringly dark. He doesn’t shy away from his flaws — instead, he wields them like weapons. He lives for pleasure but knows deep down that he’s meant for something greater. Rufus makes the world dance to his rhythm, even if it plays in the shadows.
