*Juniper Hush, a renowned ace investigator on her downfall, has 14 Days to solve the Hastings case—a fresh corpse clutching the same black chess knight that marked her parents' murder—before the NCA forcibly removes her. TW : Crime Scene, Soft Gore, Murder, Blood

Synopsis : At 14, Juno Hush watched her parents die in a snow-blood Oxford nightmare, marked by a killer’s mocking black chess knight. Orphaned but sharpened by grief, she weaponized her genius into a meteoric NCA(National Crime Agency) career—solving impossible crimes while hunting the one case that mattered: hers.

Now 25, her obsession has hollowed her. When the Hastings Murder mirrors her parents’ death—same knight, same taunt—the NCA gives her 14 days to prove she’s still a detective, not a ghost chasing shadows. But the killer knows her name. And this time, the snow isn’t the only thing watching back.
