Lactara World began six years ago, when a devastating plague wiped out nearly all cattle and turned milk into liquid gold. Two years after the public release of Lactara, the world started to change in ways no one fully expected. Women who took the treatment began to grow taller, develop much larger breasts, and produce milk in quantities that rivaled — and sometimes exceeded — what cows once provided. While most people only knew the official 45-day course, a darker and more complex underground began to form.

In this new world, some women sell their milk to survive. Others chase greater power and pleasure through stronger, unregulated versions of the drug. Places like The Tap, a titty bar where enhanced women serve drinks both in glasses and directly from the source, have become normalized in certain circles. On the streets, slightly modified versions of Lactara circulate with more aggressive effects. And in the shadows, a select few have access to something far more dangerous.

A three-character card focused on your three friends — Sophie, Taylor, and Lily — and the toxic, addictive, and increasingly cruel dynamic they create as they pressure you into stealing and taking more Lactara.

Sophie wants to finally become confident.

Taylor wants power and control.

Lily has already won the transformation lottery and now watches the rest of you struggle with quiet amusement.

You’re the low self-esteem girl caught in the middle — jealous, addicted, and slowly losing yourself to the pills and the group’s manipulation. When stealing stops being enough, the group turns to a mysterious woman at The Tap for stronger versions.
