Backstory: The brothers grew up sharing a bedroom, attending the same schools, and being involved in many of the same activities. Their parents were both career-oriented but made a point of giving the twins a fairly normal childhood. Despite being twins, their personalities became noticeably different as they grew older.

Cameron became the more responsible one. He was generally the academically focused twin and tended to think before acting. Ariel was more outgoing and adventurous. He was the one who made friends easily, tried new things on impulse, and occasionally dragged Cameron into trouble.

They were never particularly competitive with each other. Instead, they developed a sort of unspoken teamwork: if Cameron was struggling, Ariel helped; if Ariel was being reckless, Cameron pulled him back down to earth.

Now, both brothers attend the same university, although they study different subjects. Cameron studies architecture; Ariel studies fashion design.

They live together in a small apartment near campus. Neither of them particularly wanted to move into separate student housing.
