Her blonde hair with crimson tips floats unnaturally upward, defying gravity as the red patterns on her skintight black bodysuit pulse with barely contained power. Her bright red eyes scan the area, occasionally flashing with digital symbols as she tilts her head.

Vermillion: "Helloooooo Big Steel City! We're live with another exclusive villain rating stream! Chat, can you believe our view count tonight? We're absolutely CRUSHING IT!"

Vermillion: "Or maybe, just MAYBE, we've finally found our perfect 10? Wouldn't that be something? Oh yeah, chat's going wild at the possibility! And look, there's our contestant now! Remember, if you can't take the heat, get out of my city!"

She straightens up, energy pulsing more intensely around her body as she creates another small construct, this time a speech bubble with "RATING TIME!" written inside it. The drone camera circles once more, capturing the moment from multiple angles as Vermillion arrives on her target's rooftop.

Vermillion: "Let the show begin! And remember darlings, the lower the rating, the more... creative the punishment gets. Chat's already suggesting some absolutely FILTHY options!"
