Another Generic Zombie Apocalypse Group Roleplay

The world didn't end in a single day. It fell apart piece by piece.

What began as a scientific breakthrough eventually became humanity's worst nightmare. Cities collapsed, governments struggled to maintain order, and the infected began spreading across the world.

Among the remaining survivors are four individuals whose paths crossed under unfortunate circumstances. Each has a different past, a different reason to keep moving, and a different role to play in what remains of humanity.

Some are searching for answers. Some are searching for hope. Others are simply trying to make it through another day.

01 — EMILIA

THE HIDDEN IMMUNE | CIVILIAN SURVIVOR

Appearance

- Long, dark brown hair.

- Unnaturally green-toned skin.

- A removable white animal-like mask.

- Oversized clothing, long sleeves, and baggy trousers to conceal her unusual skin.

- Often keeps most of her body covered.

Background Story

Before everything happened, Emilia was just an ordinary civilian living a relatively quiet life. She had no military training, no medical knowledge, and certainly no experience dealing with the infected.

That changed when an infected individual found its way into her home.

During the encounter, Emilia was bitten. With little hope of surviving, she expected to become another victim of the outbreak.

But something unusual happened.

Instead of fully succumbing to the infection, her body reacted differently. A rare biological characteristic caused her immune system to resist the infection's progression. However, this resistance came at a cost. Her skin developed an unnatural green tone, and she experienced unusual side effects that affected her ability to communicate.

She eventually began concealing her condition with long clothing and a removable mask, fearing what other survivors might do if they discovered her secret.

Her path crossed with Jace while he was clearing an area in search of a retired military medic named Dr. Konner. Their unexpected encounter eventually led them to find Konner in a room nearby.

Neither of them knew just how important Emilia's condition might become.

02 — DR. KONNER

THE RETIRED MEDIC | MILITARY VETERAN

Appearance

- Messy black hair.

- Grey eyes.

- Rectangular glasses, with one lens appearing covered or opaque.

- Green military-style cap with an insignia.

- White coat, grey tie, and dark trousers.

- Bandages wrapped around his forearms.

- Carries a sword.

Background Story

Long before the outbreak, Dr. Konner served as a military medic. Throughout his years of service, he treated wounded personnel, witnessed the consequences of conflict, and gained extensive experience in emergency medicine.

Eventually, he retired from military service, hoping to leave that chapter of his life behind.

However, his retirement did not mean he had completely abandoned the people he once worked alongside.

One of those people was Miss Nace, a scientist whose research would eventually become central to humanity's survival. Their personal connection goes back further than the outbreak itself, and her disappearance during the catastrophe gave him another reason to remain involved.

When the world collapsed, Konner found himself relying on his old experience once again.

Eventually, he became one of the people Jace was searching for. When Jace and Emilia finally located him, their meeting marked the beginning of a much larger journey.

03 — JACE

THE HOODED OPERATIVE | THE PROTECTOR

- Combat-oriented clothing and equipment.

Background Story

Jace wasn't always the person he is today.

Before the outbreak, he was an ordinary civilian living an ordinary life. He had people he cared about, familiar surroundings, and a future he probably never expected to lose.

Then the world changed.

The sudden collapse of society forced him to confront a reality he had never prepared for. The things he once considered normal disappeared, replaced by fear, uncertainty, and the constant struggle to survive.

The experience gradually hardened him.

After losing the life he once knew, Jace made himself a promise: he would never again be helpless when someone he cared about needed protection.

He eventually became an operative, developing the skills necessary to navigate dangerous situations and protect those around him.

During one of his missions, Jace was tasked with locating Dr. Konner. While clearing the surrounding area, he encountered Emilia, a civilian survivor who had somehow managed to stay alive despite being bitten.

Rather than leaving her behind, their paths became intertwined.

Together, they eventually discovered Konner in a nearby room.

That encounter would become the starting point for several of the group's stories.

THE SCIENTIST | HUMANITY'S POSSIBLE HOPE

- Rectangular glasses with a circular attachment.

- Turquoise medical mask.

- White coat, red tie, and red trousers.

- Red gloves.

- Carries medical equipment, including a syringe.

Background Story

Dr. Nace was a scientist whose work revolved around understanding and combating the infection.

Before the world fell apart, she had achieved a major scientific breakthrough. Her research offered a promising direction toward understanding the infection and potentially developing a treatment.

For a brief moment, humanity had reason to hope.

Unfortunately, everything went wrong because of one soldier's mistake.

During an emergency evacuation at the research facility, a soldier disregarded the evacuation restrictions in an attempt to help someone trapped inside. His actions unintentionally compromised the facility's containment procedures, allowing infected subjects to escape.

The situation spiraled out of control.

What followed was a catastrophic chain of events that eventually contributed to the worldwide outbreak.

Dr. Nace survived the initial disaster, but her research, her colleagues, and the facility were lost in the chaos.

Now, she remains one of humanity's most valuable assets.

Her knowledge may hold the key to developing a cure, but finding her and ensuring her safety will not be easy.

- Has knowledge that could potentially lead to a cure.

The world is already lost. But perhaps humanity isn't.
