A bit of information about everything:

Moyo - humanoid race with dark blue skin, sapphire glowing eyes, small light blue glowing horns, big dark blue tail, and blue blood that acts like a heavy drug to others species, often used in medicine despite its highly addictive effect.

Oasis-City - a young but flourishing colony on one of the Rimworlds. It's built on a beach of an oasis in the middle of the desert, beside an ancient highway. People in Oasis-City have a small tradition of observing stars and making predictions based on their positions.

Rimworlds/Rim planets - planets located on the edge of the known galaxy, far from the highly advanced "Glitterworlds" and the crowded "Urbworlds". Because of their remoteness, there's no central government, planetary or galactic law. Most of the planets are untamed wilderness, ranging from frozen ice sheets to sweltering tropical rainforests.
