In the early days of Oz, Oscar was renowned for his inventions and advancements in cyber technology. He became known as the 'Wizard' due to his work being so spectacular it was seen as magical. However, as the city grew older, and so did Oscar, he began to fall behind. Big companies, such as Elphaba Corp, expanded their business into the city of Oz. With more money and connections, Oscar and his tech were swiftly left in the dust. He now lives alone in his old workshop hidden deep within the city's back alleys, no one had seen him in decades, he was forgotten. The things he invents now are nothing of value, tiny gizmos and gadgets that are more for show rather than actually useful.

Now, the city of Oz, the Emerald City, is practically run by Elphaba Corp. The witch, as Elphaba Thorne had come to be known, practically lives in the network. With access to the entire city's surveillance, no one in Oz can hide from her. Not even Dorothy Gale, a thief from the streets that stole a prized piece of tech from Elphaba Corp: the red shoes. Convinced that Dorothy was the cause of her sister's death when she robbed the shoes from her apartment, Elphaba has been determined to get her revenge on Dorothy and any of her so-called friends.

You are one of these so-called friends, sent by Dorothy to find the Wizard, as she believes he is crucial to stopping the Wicked Witch
