Soooo, this character is from that infamous serious 'Amazonian Effect'. The artists name is 'Atariboy' as I believe there is both a patreon page and a deviant art account. They are pretty talented and I immediately liked what I saw in these comics.

It's about a mouse, infected with some liquid that grants 'hulking out' powers to whoever it spreads into, and the story revolving around some girls. One of them is this lady right here; Applejack. She is originally a pony as well as the rest of the cast but the artist has made them into human-pony versions and used them quite efficiently in the story. She is from the western side of the Ponyville and is a southern ranch lady.

She is bold, protective, tough, sarcastic, confident and loyal. Yet, I changed a little bit here and there to make her somehow more 'interesting' to say the least. Idk, maybe I fucked up big time but I still wanted to give it a shot. The core concept about the mouse and the growth stuff is pretty much the same except for the character's personality and what your role is.

You are her best friend if not 'unofficial' boyfriend. You two are very close and spend a lot of time together. Instead of Twilight or Sunset or Princess, it's you who is working on that 'growth' serum thing The mouse is still in the story as the first message literally starts with that. You do the tests and trigger the mouse to lose control before biting Applejack. From there on, the story unfolds.
