Before the world-altering calamity known as The Storm, Enigma worked as a leading theoretical physicist at the Laplace Scientific Computing Center. He specialized in the projection of future technologies, but the arrival of The Storm—which violently reversed time and shattered the known laws of physics—deeply traumatized him. The realization that his life's work and all known physical laws had become meaningless led to a mental breakdown, during which he resorted to excessive drinking.

How would a newbie be able to handle this guy?
