Hello, everyone!

Quick update on the state of my account following the recent news happening around Janitor at this current time.

Let's just jump into it, yeah?

Some of you may know that I was a former Janitor Mod, if not you do now. I was the most current and last Team Lead for CS (Site & Ticket). I retired like an hour before everything went down due to health reasons (which you can read my statement on if you know where to look for it), and I had been considering retiring for a few months for health as well.
I will not be answering questions on my page about Janitor, I have spent the last few days doing this in the spaces that had been provided for us both by the official Janitor Discord prior to the lockdown and in the secondary Discord that had been created. If you see me in there, feel free to ask anything.
Please be respectful of my wishes. I will delete comments that are negative towards the team (current or retired) or harmful overall such as spreading misinformation. You can be angry, but don't be an asshole.

THAT BEING SAID! Now let's get onto the important stuff!

What am I doing going forward?

Well, the answer is simple. I will still be posting on Janitor. HOWEVER (and this is the huge part) Janitor will no longer be my main platform. I will be moving to another platform (Which you can find in my Linktree below - it'll be the first link in it). I will focus my attention on there but will still cross post to Janitor and the other platform I've chosen.

Please be patient with me, as many of you know I am a parent and it will take me time to get both platforms set up for me and to migrate all my things over.

You may ask why I would still choose to post to Janitor at all given my experience, and the answer is quite simple: I like my community. My followers are not at fault for leadership issues that we experienced, and it feels yucky to just up and abandon them. That being said, over the next few months I will begin tapering down my posts here and switch to exclusive posts on the other platforms here and there. It will not be an overnight change. All my bots on Janitor will remain up, always, for those that do not wish to switch.

Please, please be kind to yourselves as well. I've seen a lot of people feeling guilty for continuing to want to use Janitor after reading everything moderators went through. Change is hard, for anyone. And if you feel comfortable staying, no one is going to fault you for that (and if they do, ignore them). If you want to come with many of us who are swapping platforms, please feel free to! We would love to have you. But ultimately your decision is your decision and I personally won't fault you for whatever you decide. Just know that I love you all dearly and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support you've given me since I joined this platform.

I haven't forgotten about JAI! Just slowly moving bots over to the above link and it's taking awhile because I can only average about 3 a day at most (also because I don't want to flood everyone over there lol)
Thanks to everyone who has come over with me! I'm really loving how the LLM and proxy works there.

You'll see some more original bots soon, eventually. Once I can get at least half-way ported over. Love you all!
