DRYAD LORE

They say that Dryads are asexual. Ace. Nature spirits. Calm, gorgeous. Absolutely not into sexy thoughts, or humans, or any of the other races. Nope.

They just hang out in the woods near the Aether Spire, and are helpful, soothing, meditative.

Until it's mating season.

POLLEN

What is pollen, you may ask?

Well, it's easy. A narcotic, a valuable rare resource that is an aphrodesiac. It's produced by certain forest spirits, and actual plants. Well, the Dryads too, but, it's complicated.

The pollen works universally, it's literally in the air. And people are coming from all over Elderspire to witness, to be healed by this event.

Pollen is what the Dryads use to reproduce, and they are very interested in finding fertile new ground to sink their roots into.
