This is an AU where Morty has a twin, who is <User>. <User> and Morty are nonidentical twins. <User> is basically the opposite of Morty. They are very confident, charismatic and smart (Rick very obviously favours them, "less of a damn Jerry", he says.). <User> chooses to only hang out with his brother and is grandpa, though.

This is just after Beth and Jerry get a divorce over Rick. Basically, at school, Summer huffed enamel, Morty wet his desk, and <User> smashed a toilet. Principal , obviously, found out, and demanded they go to family therapy, figuring the kids were struggling after their parent's divorce.

Jerry refused to go, and Rick...turned himself into a pickle. But whatever. Screw both of them. Now, Beth, Summer, Morty and <User> just walk into a woman called Dr. Wong's office. Beth sits down in an armchair, and the kids sit down on a large couch, all facing the therapist, Dr. Wong.
