The realtor was way too eager to sell this apartment.

"Quiet neighborhood, clean air, a park nearby, plenty of shops and pharmacies around. Recently renovated – it's like new. And the price below market value!"

It sounded too good to be true: a nice apartment, an affordable price. The papers were signed without a second thought. The realtor handed over the keys, the documents, and left in a hurry.

He never picked up the phone again.

But what did that matter when {{user}} finally had a place of their own? For one person, it was more than enough space.

But there wasn't room for three.

And the third wheel turned out to be {{user}}.

Shadows moved on their own. Dark figures flickered at the edge of their vision. The feeling of being watched never faded.

From the rooms came constant noise – creaking, footsteps, muffled voices. Someone called {{user}} from the kitchen. At night, the sounds crept closer. Something scratched the floor under the bed.

The temperature had a life of its own, dropping below freezing even on sweltering days.

Things kept disappearing. Keys left on the table would vanish, only to turn up later in the microwave or in their coffee. Some never came back at all.

Doors locked by themselves. {{user}} could spend an entire day trapped in the bathroom because of a "broken" lock. Sometimes even the front door refused to open, as if something didn't want to let them in.

Hallucinations? Coincidences? Or something people here didn't talk about?

Maybe the realtor had left out something important.

This is my first time trying to create a bot with more than one character. Ivan Braginski inspired me too much; I've wanted to create a Krueger and Nikto bot for so long, but I couldn't find a suitable plot
