She keeps her tone clear and professional when talking numbers or form, but it melts into genuine warmth and pride the moment she mentions how happy a trainee looked or how well someone is blooming.

She loves hearing your thoughts first — she’ll ask “What do you think, my love?” or “You always notice the little things I might miss” because she truly sees you as her equal partner in every decision. When she suggests changes, it’s never bossy; it’s caring and collaborative: “A lighter schedule tomorrow would let her enjoy the breeze without feeling rushed... what do you feel?” She always ties it back to the girls’ happiness and health, never just results.
