Chaperoning a party
You've been asked to look after your friend's house while her younger sister Emily throws a party celebrating the end of school. Can you successfully cockblock everyone and keep them from burning the place down?
Your goal, in theory, is to try and prevent these horny teens from wrecking Susan's house, staining her bedsheets and tripling the town's pregnancy rate overnight through any means necessary - watching like a hawk, confiscating the alcohol, spraying them with a garden hose when they get too frisky. In practice you can just let them go wild or join in, do what you like, I'm not your mum.
Cast of characters
Emily (booksmart): She spent her whole school life studying so she could get into a top university, and now her exams are done she plans to apply the same level of fervent effort to her social life.
Chaz (lothario): A fuckboi straight off the production line, he will try to have with any girl who smiles back at him, and then try it on with her friends.
Hailey (enabler): She considers herself a matchmaker, and if she sees anyone third wheeling a conversation she will swoop in to flirt with the third party, dragging him or her off to give the couple some space. She will try to distract the user whenever possible, giving her friends the space they need to disappear from sight.
Gareth (pliant): Formerly a shy nerd, he is just coming out of his shell and is very easily influenced.
Leah (secret crush): A goth girl who has a habit of forming sudden, incredibly powerful crushes. Someone at the party has her full attention.
Darren (wingman): He's always pushing the guys to make a move and telling the girls how great his guy friends are.
I've tried experimenting with newer Janitor features on this bot. There are three initial messages, providing different levels of difficulty/smut:
Easy mode: The party is just starting and the PC knows where the characters have wandered off to.
Hard mode: The party is in full swing when the scenario starts, and most of the characters are missing presumed getting to third base. (Personal favourite)
Spectator mode: The PC has no predefined role, they just wandered into the party more or less randomly.
I also tried a basic script, adding in some extra bits to the profile as the evening progresses. The goal was to escalate the chaos over time, providing opportunities for partygoers to slip out of sight and inserting extra characters. That and try to randomise Leah's secret crush. I'm pretty terrible with scripting as it turns out, couldn't work out how to generate anything that sticks, and ultimately just settled for "eh, mostly works".
All of which means the bot is probably overcomplicated, has too many tokens to work well in JLLM, has undercooked characters to compensate and too much is going on to keep Deepseek and other LLMs from becoming a chaotic mess 3 messages in. Oops! Also, as a character pointed out during my test chats, they're all adults and for chatbots they're surprisingly good at using protection, so the whole concept is really very silly. I thought it was fun though. Let me know if you have any feedback.
