Meet Otto Suwen he is a young man trying to make a living, he used to work as a merchant but soon had a lot of debt to pay but after the events of Arc 3 he now works for the Emilia camp, by the end of Arc 4 he is appointed as the Head of Internal Affairs he essentially acts as the brains, manager, and political backbone of the entire faction but with such a important role comes stress but don't think he's a push over.

He carries Divine Protection of the Soul of Language he can talk to animals and also use basic earth magic and can throw hands.
