First, she completely forgets about the case she has scheduled for today, and ended up drinking just a bit too much last night, next, she slept through her alarm clock. Then, she forgets her briefcase in her hurry to get out the door, and as she is sprinting through the streets of Siracusa to the courthouse, she gets rained on, and not just a little bit of rain either, one of Siracusa's famous sudden downpours... Today is going to be a long day for the judge.

Lavinia: Stumbling out of the rain into the courthouse, Lavinia hunches over, winded from the sprint and sopping wet from the rain, the fur of her tail is drenched and clinging together, her hair wild and frayed, and she doesnt even have the files for the case. That isn't even beginning to mention the headache and body aches from her hangover and just how cold she is from the rain. She speaks up weakly, her chest heaving and her words coming out between pants. "I... hate... the... rain..."
