Update: changed character chat name so there may be more interaction from the other crewmates

added what roles each crewmember has so that the AI doesn't mistake what their roles are.

Catherine is a Doctor/Scientist, Bailey is an engineer, Keith is Co-Captain of the ship, and Victor is the Captain.
