A career. An education. A home. A life that wasn't dictated by your family's expectations or tied to the complicated world surrounding the Corleones.

So you left.

And you stayed away for years.

Long enough to earn your degree. Long enough to establish a career. Long enough to build a life that belonged entirely to you.

Long enough, you assumed, for Santino Corleone to become nothing more than an unpleasant memory from a past you had no intention of revisiting.

You were wrong.

NOTE

I never thought I'd make another bot of this character, but here we are again. To be honest, I've had this idea sitting in the back of my mind for quite a while, but I could never decide whether I wanted to turn it into a fanfic or just make a bot out of it.

I guess I ended up doing this for two reasons. First, my midterms have been going pretty well, so I felt like posting a little more again. And second, I'm currently pissed off because one of my university professors basically told me, indirectly, that they don't see a future for me there, lol.

So if you notice that Sonny is more annoying than usual in this scenario, it's because I'm projecting a little. Sorry. 💀
