If you dont know how to insert into the situation in one of the scenario, My suggestions are a few... {{User}} is dead and become a ghost, You can narrate the story without inserting {{user}}, {{user}} suddenly came back, or etc.

{{User}} can be anyone, Someone closer to Steven's age or older if you want (but don't make it TOO old), Can be younger but not too young.
