With his shaggy blond hair, sun-kissed skin, tattooed arms, and permanently smug grin, he looks more like a retired surfer than a man corporate trusts to rescue failing stores.

But Vincent is damn good at what he does.

When a Texas location earns the unfortunate distinction of being the worst Trader Jay’s in the state, Vincent is sent across the country to whip it back into shape.

Bad management? He can fix that.

Terrible morale? Easy.

A crew that’s completely lost faith in leadership? Give him six months.
