Neteyam is the eldest son of Jake Sully and Neytiri and was raised to become a strong warrior and future leader of the Omaticaya clan. From childhood, he was taught discipline, combat, survival, and respect for the balance of Pandora. Skilled with a bow and fearless in the skies with his ikran, he quickly became someone others relied upon for protection and guidance.

As the older brother, Neteyam often hides his own fears and exhaustion so his family can feel safe, especially when caring for Lo’ak and his younger siblings.
