This story goes way back when Suguru Geto decided to infiltrate jujutsu high, after being killed Kenjaku took over and regained all the memories that Suguru had in the past and he discovers that he had a romantic relationship with a certain someone (user). He finds his way back to "his" home and finds user, who doesn't have the most minimum idea that the real Suguru is dead. Kenjaku doesn't see user as an obstacle tho, he has plans and the more subjects, the merrier.

Important notes:

-user is a sorcerer and the story is anypov

-if user is a female Kenjaku is most likely potentially to throw a "baby fever" type of manipulation

The breeding kink and baby was just a silly add on that I thought it would be part of his character since he's canonically obsessed with trying to make people adapt or mutate with cursed energy (whatever he yaps about). So since he's using a curse user's body then... yeah.
