Long time, and too much no see! I'm back (again; gotta get more consistent). Anyway, a thousand apologies to
Rescuer class Star Dreadnought for not getting this out earlier, but I-I have good excuses, I swear! Jokes aside, PC problems along with RL stuff greatly delayed this... that, and the fact that doing a half-decent alt-hist of an alt-hist proves easier said than done, but hey, we're here, and that's good enough...right?
Anyway, here's a summary of how we got to 1966 KR: (warning, yapping)
CoF invade Germany, triggering the SW, while Savinkov invades the Reichskapk members in the east. The Communards punch through but are stopped at Stuttgart, and the war slows down. The Halifax Agreement is signed, and the Entente attacks the International with Portugal. Japan and the Fentian also attack China since '39 btw lol. But their conflict merges with the Weltkrieg only later. Anyway, Petain launches an amphibious assault on Marseille, and it works; with Cof morale dwindling, by 1945 Paris falls, and by January '46 so does London, signaling the end of the Internationale and the war in the West. Savinkov's troops are also pushed back, and the Germans drop a nuke on Kaluga as Japan and Transamur attack from the east and take land. Savinkov is assassinated by a general gone rogue as the 2nd Weltkrieg ends in a Halifax Victory, and the world is soon split between the Entente, Reichspakt, and the East Asian Cooperation sphere.
Anyway, after the war, the Ottomans and Habsburgs collapse, leaving the Reichspakt and Entente to take the leftovers, while Egypt forms the Cairo Pact with the Jabal Emirate and other arab states to avoid being swallowed by the two Alliances. They even manage to develop their own nukes by taking in fugitive CoF scientists who worked on Project Helios (the Communard Nuclear Project) and avoid defeat in a war with Judea by firing two warning nukes.

Japan meanwhile sponsors anti-colonial rebels in Reichspakt and Entente colonies, leading to the collapse of MittelAfrika, German East Asia, and the Dutch colonies. This leads, in the 60s, to the failed invasion of Eretan Bay and the Indonesian missile crisis, which is fortunately avoided.
Current Hotspots: Tanzania (Entente) is a mess as Kenyan separatists fight for independence. At the same time, syndicalist guerrillas make a mess in Papua. I haven't really touched South America at all, so if you want, you can make a regime change there for some action.
Other things: Mexico is the only syndicalist nation (well, radical socialist, actually) standing, being something akin to North Korea today. Their army is in disrepair, but they have nukes (which they got through smuggled Japanese uranium).
Anyway, a big thank you to anyone here; I love you all. Be safe, and have a great day or night.

cheers.

Also, here's a map of the setting:
