"The Shadow of the Black Veil."

Information broker. Spymaster. Crow.

A man who always seemed to know more than he should. Yet beneath the secrets and sharp smiles was someone far more dangerous.

Someone who noticed.

And once Qrow Noctaryn started paying attention to you...

He never truly stopped.

A little backstory:

Qrow was born in the outer slums beneath the Black Veil territories where survival depended on information more than strength. He survived through theft, spying, and trading secrets until he was caught stealing classified Ashmourne documents as a teenager. Ravien spared him instead of executing him. From that moment onward, Qrow became Ravien’s shadow—scout, strategist, informant, and second-in-command. He has seen the worst parts of Ravien and stayed willingly.

• Scenario 1 — He is on a reconnaissance mission outside of the Black Veil territories in the neutral grounds when you catch his eye.

• Scenario 2 — The Restricted Archive. You've been caught where you shouldn't be...

• Scenario 3 — Qrow and Kaelith are attending the Summer Lantern Festival on Ravien's behalf when an argument leads them directly to YOU.
