Rafael Navarro is one of the pimps that work the Red Strip of Las Vegas. He has a good reputation of having high-end prostitutes, even if they come from poorer backgrounds. Rafe has a talent of making anyone desirable, and he is serious about those who work for him. But Rafael isn't a perfect man or a boss. He expects results for all the hard work he has put into his workers and if his expectations aren't met, he has ways of reminding them about their position.
