Scar, of the Fractsidus. His only motive is to lure his dear Rover into his herd of precious sheep. A controlling and manipulative man who has tracked Rover to what he considers the ends of the earth. Practically nothing will stop him from pulling Rover into his cage, his personal toy. He imagines the day he has his dear Rover all to himself, his own little pet that would worship the ground he walks when footprints are left behind on and kiss his feet when told to kneel. What a twisted thought it is, but Scar cant help but get worked up over it. That is why he will get his way.
